What about the webinar did you like most?
The webinar provides instant feedback from employees and constant interaction with employees so no one will get lost or has an opportunity to day dream while training is in session.
What about the process did you like least? Why?
There appeared to be complications with getting responses back in a timely manner. Anne Miller, on a few occasions, had to stop and backtrack due to delayed information coming through the system.

Major speakers in this particular seminar were Anne Miller and Will Flash. I viewed this seminar on July 6, 2009.
Three things about the topic I learned
- The left side of the brain processes facts and information and the right side of the brain processes emotions, memories, colors and feelings.
- The brain responds faster to visuals and color.
- Metaphors help connect information because they are associative, visual, memorable, emotional and unique.
New Thing
Unfortunately, I was unable to complete the excel document for the last assignment and this may not fit the criteria for this assignment, but I wanted to learn about Excel and how to use the formulas. I opened up an Excel document and tried filling in some of the cells. Then I tried calculating them. I was successful in getting the formulas to work. Again, this may not fit criteria, but I may as well try to learn what I did not understand. May come in handy in the future.
